Packages for Democracy Player for Linux

February 13th, 2006 by Nicholas Reville

Ben Dean-Kawamura has been doing an amazing job making a Linux version of DTV. He’s moving along very fast, but could use some help making packages. If you’d like to help with this, check out the developers list and get in touch with him.

It would be so cool if we had a Linux version ready on February 21 along with the Windows version…

How’s it going on the Linux client? Good luck. Can’t wait to check it out.

Are you currently hosting open repositories? I might be able to help you roll your app into some RPM’s or binaries for Linux. I think it would be good to start with the popular distros Eg. Redhat & SUSE, and then move from there.
